Everyone working with people can be confronted with behavior that can be difficult to deal with. How do you prevent it becomes worse and how do you de-escalate?
Objectives and content
ou will learn to recognize the different kinds and expressions of verbal agression: from disrespect to screaming and threatening with violence. We will reflect on your own attitude and personal style, and we will exercise with the methodical interventions. The training provides a combination of a theoretical and practical learning experience.
This training is intended for all English speaking buddies or volunteers, who work for one of our partner organisations.
A total of 9 hours
Will be handed out during the training session.

The course can accommodate up to 12 participants (with a minimum of 8).
