Empathy is the Key (English)
Being an artist and performer Janhavi is aware of the power of empathy. Without empathy there is no real contact between the audience and the performer. But what is empathy and is there anything we can do contribute to a more empathic environment? Janhavi explores the role of empathy in integration of minorities through her PhD at the Vienna University. In this masterclass, she will perform and we will explore together what this teaches us about empathy and how we can use it in contact with the people we care for.
